Bissy (Bizzy) or Kola Nut as it is called in Jamaica is traditionally used in the Caribbean as a home remedy for a variety of ailments. The Kola nut comes from the evergreen kola tree and contains micronutrients like potassium, phosphorus, fiber, magnesium and calcium.
